We also record your optional SMS choice and the submission time. If you choose texts, the email record includes the disclosure you agreed to and when you selected it.
The form may include the page you submitted from, the referring page, and advertising campaign tags from the link you used. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details to operate and protect the website. Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information in the estimate form.
How we use and receive information
Estimate requests are sent to our business email inbox. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss project needs, arrange estimate appointments, prepare estimates, and maintain related business records. The website form does not send your request to GoHighLevel or Lead Radar and does not send automatic text messages.
Optional text messages and mobile information
The SMS checkbox is optional, is not selected by default, and is not required to request an estimate or make a purchase. If you select it, you agree only to texts from The Other Guys Construction about your estimate request, such as project questions, estimate appointment scheduling, and estimate updates. It does not sign you up for promotional texts. Providing a phone number without selecting the SMS checkbox does not give SMS permission through this form.
We do not sell or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not transfer your SMS consent to another business for its own use.
