This website provides general information about The Other Guys Construction and our services. Project scope, pricing, schedules, warranties, and availability are governed by the written proposal or agreement for the specific project.

Estimates and availability

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or guarantee service availability. We will confirm territory, scheduling, and project fit directly with you. Estimate forms are delivered to our business email so our team can respond by phone or email. Selecting optional SMS consent does not trigger an automatic text.

SMS messaging

Sender and purpose. If you select the optional SMS checkbox on our estimate form, The Other Guys Construction may text the number you provide about that estimate request. Messages may include project questions, estimate appointment scheduling, and estimate updates. This consent does not cover promotional messages or another company's messages.

Your choice. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of requesting an estimate or making a purchase. You can leave the box unchecked and still submit the form. Only provide a number you are authorized to use. A future promotional texting program would require a separate choice; this form does not enroll you in one.

Frequency and costs. Message frequency varies according to your inquiry and scheduling needs. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Contact your wireless provider about charges. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping messages. Reply STOP to a text from us to opt out. We will stop further texts about your estimate after an opt-out, apart from a confirmation of your request. You may also withdraw consent by calling or emailing us. We will not resume texts unless you choose to opt in again.

Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle inquiry information, mobile information, and SMS consent, including our prohibition on sharing that data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
